DECORATIVE CONCRETE MADE EASY. KEMIKO® Water Base Polyurethane Topcoat Gloss Clear (SS2400) is a two component, water base polyurethane concrete sealer coating. It exhibits excellent adhesion, UV resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and hot tire resistance, making it a superior garage floor sealer. Along with the inherent UV resistance of a water base urethane, Kemiko SS2400 also has a UV package that extends the life of the epoxy coatings underneath. This fast-curing, low odor and low VOC polyurethane is intended for use as a decorative or industrial concrete topcoat (sealer) in both interior and exterior applications. For ease of application, this product applies milky and dries clear. Available finishes: high gloss and flat.
