This water base low VOC concrete floor epoxy offers excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance, low odor, and is designed to be used as a thin resilient primer. Works well as a topcoat clear epoxy sealer. According to United States Department of Agriculture guidelines, Kemiko® Water Base Low VOC Epoxy (SS3400) has been determined to be chemically acceptable for application to structural surfaces where there is possibility of incidental food contact in official establishments operating under the Federal Meat and Poultry Inspection Program.
